When words like, “I just can’t take it anymore…” come to the surface, we want to be there to help. Perhaps more importantly, we want to help to keep those words from ever taking shape in the heart.
In 1999, Jimmy Dodd started his work to “encourage, revitalize, and empower pastors and ministry leaders, offering them practical counseling, training programs, and networking connections”.
Since then, thousands of pastors and ministry leaders have been assisted.
But this is only the beginning
Our vision is that one day, every pastor in America would have an outpost where they could go to be equipped and cared for. We will do this by providing resources, coaching & training, and crisis care.
