We can help create strategies for long-term success by providing resources for learning, connection with professional counselors and peers, and encouragement through our expert staff and ministry partners.   

Coaching & Training

We believe in life-long learning so we provide training events, learning events, and personalized coaching to help you fill the gap between book learning, and real-life experience. Some this can be found online, others face-to-face. Please contact us if you have a specific need.

over 1,000 pastors:

 

  • 75% feel they were unqualified/poorly trained by their seminaries to lead and manage the church and to counsel others

  • 71% were burned out and battle depression beyond fatigue on a weekly and even a daily basis

  • 35% leave ministry within the first 5 years
