Here are some extra details not included in the accompanying averages. Of the 72 full-time surveys:
- 16 had received their Master’s Degree or higher
- 11 said they also were in charge of college students/young adults
- “additional requirements” ranged from, “assisting everywhere” to “janitorial, set-up, audio-visual, children, missions, elders”
- 17 didn’t list any “additional requirements” (count your blessings)
- The “Relationship to Senior Pastor” averaged 7.7 with a range of “1” to “10”
- 56 received insurance benefits averaging $6,357 per year, some as high as $15,000.
- 59 received retirement benefits averaging $2,089 per year
- Size of youth group compared to church size was 10.8%
