Spring 2010 Youth Pastor Salary Survey
The PastorServe staff conducted a youth pastor salary survey during the spring of 2010. E-mail and bulk-mail invitations were sent to 263 KC Metro youth pastors asking them to take an on-line salary survey. There were 72 full-time and 19 part-time surveys taken.
PastorServe makes no claims for this being a scientific survey since it was sent to 263 youth workers on our database and people who know us were more likely to fill out the survey and return it.
It is always difficult to get equivalent answers to the “Total Annual Salary Package” question. Some of the answers didn’t make sense. If something was obviously wrong with the information provided, the survey was not included in the summary.
