Focusing on Core Competencies
For many years, people have observed those who are effective in ministry in order to learn if there are common practices that seem to make for effective ministry. They have discovered several, or many, depending on who makes the lists.
PastorServe has used the results of many to collate our list of 24 competencies. We feel this combination of skills covers the wide range of ministry requirements and that growth in these areas will enhance ministry.
We don’t think that ministry competencies can be understood mechanically. But we do see the Lord graciously working in His servants building them into more effective servants.
