Mission
At PastorServe, we recognize there is a dangerous gap between knowledge and experience, particularly in the first 5-10 years of ministry. The dangers are many: some fail morally, some are unable to deal with conflicts in their congregations, and others are simply burned out.
But these dangers can be minimized by helping pastors create a support system, both personally and professionally; providing resources for continued learning; and a safe place to come for practical help and encouragement.
Our staff meets personally with hundreds of pastors each month, connects pastors to networks of like-minded ministry leaders, and prays for them fervently. We long to see healthy and thoroughly equipped ministry leaders who follow their call with enthusiasm.
